The Armenians always think that they are the centre of the world (or rather, the mythological navel of Atlas, since at the same time, they are also firmly convinced that they carry the world on their shoulders… well, at least all the problems and heavy pain and burdens of the world…).

Now, in their unique and typical navel-gazing, all Armenians are now asking themselves: omg, what a story! Vaaay Mamma-djaaan! What will happen now to Armenia as a result of this epic killing?
So, here are just a few preliminary observations.
We should go beyond the usual argument that Iran has ever been an obstacle to Turkish plans for Armenia, and that therefore its destruction – or that of its regime – would pave the way for the continuation and completion of those plans.
But it could be worse.
Armenia has recently moved much closer (as close as possible) to Washington. It is therefore a prime target for Iranian retaliation.
Not Azerbaijan, no, because of Turkey and the rest of NATO; Iran surely does not want to take on all these powerful players for the sake of an Ayatollah (there is never a shortage of those, among these people. The one who has just been eliminated will be replaced promptly).
Armenia is a much easier, more accessible and available target. Because, as always, no one will be moved to see it mistreated and unjustly brutalized once again.
It would also be appropriate to revise the dubious thesis of a supposedly significant difference between the Azerbaijanis of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijanis of Iran. In all likelihood, this is not the case; it’s « six of one hijab and half a dozen of the other » and one of the most recent and blatant proofs of this is the fact that, during the last Artsakh war, not only did Iran not lift a finger, but the Armenian front was initially breached from the south of Artsakh (Hadrut was the first to fall), right on the border with Iran…
Furthermore, another slap in the face for Armenia, this time from its supposed ally Iran, would also be an opportunity for Russia to teach Armenia another post-2018 lesson. All the while taunting the West
But more specifically: ultimately, without Trump’s green light, the recent attack on Iran would not have taken place – an attack in which US military forces participated : ‘US is carrying out “major combat operations” in Iran,’ dixit textually Trump himself, during the attack.
Now, lo and behold, there is a magnificent freeway under construction in Armenia, bearing the glorious name of TRUMP. What a symbolic target for Iran! Especially since Iran did not want that Turkish-American road passing so close to its borders (too close for comfort…). So, BOOM! Bada-bada-bada-BOOM, even. In any case, the inhabitants of the Armenian villages near the aforementioned road would be well advised to put their bokhtchas on their shoulders and head north, come what may.
In short, Armenia is now a legitimate target for Iran.

P.S. No everything is bad for everyone, in these developments. Pashinyan could now claim that. thanks to him and his close ties with Washington and Trump, Vartan Mamiguonian has finally been avenged. This would compensate for his responsibility in the loss of Artsakh… And in any case, in terms of national achievements, he will have surpassed the former leaders of his country. He has just overthrown Avarayr, through the Israelis and Americans. Wow… Quite an epic accomplishment indeed, as part of Operation ‘Epic Fury’ commanded by the President of the World Peace Council, of which the PM of Armenia is such a proud member.
